If the expanded comment from the dead guy is true, then he deserves a Darwin award. What was his follow up, calling the guy's GF a slut?

Violence isn't OK, but wtf, have some sense of self preservation.

He brought fists to a gun fight. Does the fact that the victim was black change your opinion in any way? He certainly does not look your typical Trump supporter.

Sadly, many here are trying to take the stance that its not as wrong as it is, because the guy said something to provoke him. Had his GF been raped, I wonder if they would blame her. Murder is more okay than rape apparently. Sad world.
Yup, /thread.

The other dipshit who shot him was mentally ill and should be put on Death Row.

Long as there's no question that person is the one responsible for returning to commit premeditated murder, that outcome would be both justice and public safety. The murderer of that young man should never see the light of day again.

Exactly, he and his g/f were black. Hence why she said he was JOKING about Trump. The other dipshit who shot him was mentally ill and should be put on Death Row.

Death for the mentally ill. Cool. Maybe set up some camps to store them in first?

Let me make it clear, dude shouldn't have murdered the guy. Do any of you guys believe in the concept of 'fighting words'?

The killing was obviously wrong. The title of this thread makes the OP sound like he is ready to arm up and go shoot someone himself. Pretty much disgusting all around.

Mitchell Mormon Jr, aged 32, was gunned down outside of Church bar on Edgewood Avenue around 3am on Saturday.

At the time, he was on a date with Shaunita Walker, aged 25, who was also shot and suffered injuries to her arm.

Walker said Mormon jokingly told the man he voted for Trump.

The argument continued and the alleged shooter, identified by Walker as a Hispanic man, went around a corner, came back with a gun and began shooting.

Man in heated argument says he supports Trump and gets shot outside a bar, can we blame this all on his political views and not being drunk and belligerent at 3:00 AM?

I can't even begin to comprehend how the title could be misconstrued in such a way.

Lets break it down for those who clearly find it difficult to think:

Here we go...
Nothing about these three words and the elipses indicates someone is hell-bent on killing people.

Trump Supporter Shot and Killed in Atlanta
Yep, this is clearly just a paraphrase of the title. Neither the original title or this version has any ill intent behind - it's simply a title for the story.

Well, I read "Here we go..." as saying "finally, it is beginning." Could I be wrong? I suppose, but then it's on the OP to communicate his message less ambiguously. I can be generous to a point, but then the OP didn't actually follow protocol for the board and post his commentary with the story, so I only have his "title" to go by.

You can state that his title is a thing, like that is not subjective, but it is subjective. Playing it any other way is intellectually dishonest, at best.

So much this.

If the fuckwad DNC establishment could have been bothered to get out of their circle-jerking and see the mood of the country maybe just maybe they could have beaten perhaps the most disliked candidate ever.... instead we had a democratic candidate cozying up to the likes of Kissinger and neocons...

yeah that was a winning strategery there....

Where exactly was it reported that the shooter was mentally ill?
