Those stupid people :| If they hadn't have shut down five plants a year ago for so-called "maintenance" after the refused request to raise the rates, there wouldn't be this blackout and brownout sh!t at all. :| Stupid stupid companies who think throught their wallets :|

you know, you peeps over in cali came up with the best idea ever for bankrupting a giant company (or two) really quickly. anti-corporate types everywhere are rejoicing!
 
For all the fuss made over the rolling blackouts last year, it really didn't happen as often as people thought. I swear every time I talked to people in other states, they thought we were in the dark here 24/7 with the fuss the media made over it.
