There are some professionals whose ideas/opinions and work ethic will help when the time comes. There will be politicians who will be a big part of the problem, you can depend on that.
Depends on how Project 2025 goes, those professionals may end up being in a position where they get fired if they don't swear an oath to Trump.

Flu is not a big deal as SARS (covid). It is well known, studied, vax and antivirals are ready. Of course it won't be an easy deal but definitely it won't be like the days of COVID before the vaccine

I don't even need to watch this thing. I hate the way he ridiculously emphases words as if he's imparting some secret message to his trolls.
You don't need to watch the whole ~3 minute video to get the idea. 20 seconds gets the point across.

The lab leak theory for COVID is so tiresome, especially since various clowns promoting it constantly act like martyrs.

A lab leak was always a possibility, the main issue here is there's literally zero evidence supporting it. It's possible the Chinese government destroyed evidence or whatever, sure, but it doesn't change the fact that there's no evidence that a COVID like virus was ever present in that lab or any other prior to the pandemic and there's quite a bit of evidence to indicate it came from an animal source. The lab leak people see this and instead of, you know, providing evidence for their position claim it doesn't exist because they are persecuted or something.

I would be perfectly fine with changing my mind about this if some evidence of either that virus or something similar existing in that lab or if there's evidence the Chinese destroyed evidence indicating this. Until then though it's just silly conspiracy theorizing.

There are many many many valid reasons to dislike even hate the CCP I really don't get why some people have to cling to one that has so little evidence supporting it.

What I don't understand is why cling to it to start? The wet market stuff is already really bad for China because it was the source of the first SARS pandemic. For it to then happen again years later because they still let them operate is a big WTF.

Probably just the allure of conspiracy theories, and it lets them tie in a reason to hate Fauci for a neat little bow on top.

Making vaccine for H5N1 should not be a big problem, especially with mRNA platforms at our disposal. The like 40% of the country that might refuse it is the problem. They think COVID wasn't a big deal and if we get something that comes along which is way more lethal their "experience" will lead many into the grave.

Given the last ~5yrs, I'm generally ok with them skipping it.
