All you need after that is one of those speakers to go under the hood to simulate the hiss of a turbo. That Civic will go HIGH SPEED.

Too bad no Civic can beat my Millennium Edition BMW.

It's because tehy are essentially attention sluts..........they all want everyone to "LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!" I agree, the sleeper effect is the ONLY way to go, especially when you don't want every cop on the road to zero in on you.
