I got what I wanted for Christmas.

To sleep. 😉

I took a nice nap today with the cat curled up next to me, I sleep so poorly that anytime I can rest is like a gift🙂

* One pair of jeans, one pair of khakis
* A nice shirt, a nice sweater

Gift Cards
$70 to Best Buy
$10 to Applebees
$10 to Fridays
$10 to either Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and some other place
$10 to McDonalds
$10 to Burger King
10 Free Rentals to Hollywood Video (came with my little portable DVD player)

Misc
* Little red Christmas card in upper right hand corner was my big gift. $600.00 check from parents! Waaay too much money
* Aqua Di Gio from my mom
* Nice little xmas mug that most of the gift cards came in

Something funny I've noticed over the years...
Our stockings over the fireplace always get filled with personal hygene stuff like deodorant, razors, cheap cologne, etc. Well, I hope my family isn't trying to send me a message, because this is ridiculous (I got the Axe deodorant stick today):

That's a lot of deodorant

pics of you modelling new underwear, please.

I'm as materialistic as the next person (probably moreso), but posting pictures and itemizing (with dollar value) your Christmas presents is extremely lame.

Well it is just posting what he got and a little break down. After all a lot of people here are geeks 😛 and like to know tihs sort of thing 😛

I'm sorry, but as much as I'm the biggest capitalisit I know, and as much as I loathe to agree with Bridgen, this is pretty bad.

haha i wish i had christan parents around this time, we get just about nothing at all, and everyone else is excited about what they all got, my bro and I just sit there and say we go nothing, sucks big time,, Ba Humbug

<---- Hindu

Dogg

HEHE,
I'm Hindu too but I celebrate Christmas

I really think x-mas is more of an american / western holiday than it is really a 'christian' one -- or at least it has been for the last ~150 yrs.

by far, the coolest thing I got was the head regalia that would have been worn by a ww2 fighter pilot.... the leather cap, white silk scarf, polarized flight goggles and matching leather sheepskin lined gloves. The silver case that the reproduction goggles came in is the only piece original to the period, still dented from the day it came out of some airman's duffel when he got back from Europe. God bless ebay.

I like to drive year round with the windows down, so this is a pretty big thing for me. 90mph windows down when it's 29F outside... you do the math.... 🙂

Flight Kit

I mostly got clothes but here we go

400 USD from my grandmother in Cali. Which works out to about 300 euro.

A new bike to replace my one that got stolen from the Luas (light tram here in dublin)

Some Jinx Shirts. Carpe Noctem and Music Pirate T shirts.

A BRIGHT orange princeton sweater. I have no iudea why i got this

50 Euro top up credit for my phone

A celtic letter opener (wtf?)

John Grisham Books

James Bond Golden eye Rouge Agent

Bushism Poster

Lots of collared shirts and jeans and the such.

American Candy (which i miss from the USA very much)

thats about it. Only thing is wha to spend the 300 euro on. (wont get much here in ireland)
