One might be able to bring race into the issue if you consider that if the victims only difference was his skin color, all sorts of things would be different, and thus not equally.

I get WHY he was attacked may not have been due to race, but how the situation has been handled, is apparently.

So sick of this racial bs, and especially those who profit from it.

the major story here is why would they try to prosecute the bus driver? if he stepped in to stop the fight, he could have gotten stomped too. or if he was too aggressive and one of the kids got hurt, he could have got sued as well. it's a lose lose situation.

You're missing the point. Zimmerman's case had nothing to do with race either, but it didn't stop the Black establishment from trying to make it about race.

Snitches get stitches is the most disgusting position I've ever heard a community embrace. Anyone who feels that is a proper way to behave in a civilized society will never have my respect, and I am grateful I live in a free state with Castle Doctrine and SYG.

I won't be getting any stitches, I assure you.

Agreed. Why would anyone in their right mind expect a 60 year old man to fight three 15 year old thugs?
