go for the opty 144, with the sweet overclocking DFI board.

There are better 2GB kits for not much more than that cheap RAM that will run a lot better if you are overclocking. OCZ, Mushkin, and GSkill all have good DDR500 kits in the $180-200 range.

Lite on are a good brand, i prefer BenQ but you won't go far wrong with them.

Go for the DFI board for overclocking, listen to the man.

its runnin my 6800gt agp right now in my XP system but that ain't sayin much. What would yall say for a good PS and not the 1KW monster. LOL...

Fortron 450W if buget is tight, enermax liberty 400 or 500W if you like fancy cabling, seasonic 430 or 500 if you like the sound of silence, an antec Neo HE should be alright too to name but a few.

Those GSkills are the ones I ended up going with. I think most of those 2GB kits in that price range use the same chips, so they should be fairly close in performance. I went with GSkills because most people were reporting being able to run them at 260 MHz so I can run them 1:1.
