No tax on my order to Pasadena, CA. Not sure if it's retail or OEM. There's a 20% off/max $50 saving coupon out there too, but i couldn't get it to work. It'd take $20 off (not sure why $20) but it wouldn't stay on the order once you signed in to Overstock.

Should be at least equal, but what other 9800 pro cards are you referring to? The Sapphire 128-bit 9800 pro?

EDIT:

According to this post from this thread, the card benchmarks the same as an original ATi built card.

I just ordered on one these cards. I got a 20% off coupon thru techbargins.com.

I got mine for $182 shipped.

what I like about this card is that it comes with a bunch of heatsinks on the front and back. Also has a cool looking blue GPU fan and also includes an easy to use overclocking utility. so this baby was really designed by Hercules to be overclocked.

All the speed comparision tests I saw showed it ran the same speed as the ATI Radeon cards.

I read about 5 reviews on the card and all were positive and all had good success with overclocking.

So for 20% off, no tax and $2.95 shippping and the extras mentioned above I thought this was a HOT deal.

Haven't had any recent experience with Hercules, but my trusty old Hercules GF2 MX was a great card, also in blue. :)

Hey where did you find the 20% off coupon? I looked everywhere at techbargains.com and I couldn't find it.

When were you able to get 20% off @ Overstock, YankeezXBA?

Overstock lowered it to 10% on Tuesday (according to techbargains).

I just went for it as well - same total as usernamemax. For some reason the shipping was $1.00 also, and not $2.95.

Any news on if it's retail or not?

Hopefully this shall make a nice step up from my Geforce3...
