hercules prophet 2 mx and gaming resolution!

I am having a problem getting my games to go to a higher resolution with this card. In unreal tournament i can only go as high as 512x384 in 32 bit mode. If i try to go any higher then the screen just goes black like the computer went into sleep mode.
I am running:
win me
p2 400
asus p2b mobo
256mb ram
soundblaster live value
viewsonic pf790 19inch monitor
3com nic card

nothing is overclocked and all the settings are default for the video card. please help. Iam assuming this video card should handle higher gaming resolution than this?

I am using an ASUS V7100 GeForce2 MX with a PII-400/ASUS P2B (all stock speeds). I run UT at 1024x768x32 with avg. 40 fps. Perhaps your monitor is limiting your resolution. Do you have proper monitor drivers installed?

Just updated the monitor drivers and now it works. Thanks! Who would have thought it could be just a monitor updaate?
