Hercules 8500LE 64M not compatible with VIA KT333?

I have heared that Hercules 3D Prophet 8500LE 64MB might not work with VIA KT333 mobos. My mobo is ECS Socket A K7VTA3, VIA KT333 chipset http://www.ecs.com.tw/products/k7vta3_3x.htm. Does anyone know if this graphics card will work with my mobo or not?

If it don't say anything about compatability problems on either manufacturers web sit, it probably won't have a problem, e-mail their staffs if unsure. But if your worried about it all, I'd just get a different card. There's more than one way to skin a democrat.....
