enjoy it while gas prices are down.

Yeah, I was a little confused too. I always figured that Woot specialized in low-budget oddball equipment and other oddities, not cars.

It would be amusing if the employees of Woot started offloading their used cars on the site, though.

I don't quite see how the high cost of a new exhaust system and the reduced filtering capacity of your average CAI is a good tradeoff for a 2.6% increase in power, though.

NiceTruck My dad has a 07 durango limited with same motor has like 175K and runs like brand new. Fast as hell. I love driving it.

I'm a Ford guy too.

What no NOS stickers for added power ?
And in the end you still have a tiny pickle ....

Just playin, enjoy your new truck dood ..

First congrats... and couldn't you find a deal where they were giving 2 cars for the price of one? Or a econobox throw-in? They ran some promos back late last year because the economy is oh so fail.

go synthetic on everything you can,I did(oil/trans)it makes a diff for me in gas mpg.I have near same ride(2006).The new ones ARE sweet.

How much did it cost to go synthetic on the transmission?

I'm very jealous. The 09 Rams are amazing trucks. I've been eyeing up a new crew cab to replace my 97 Ram. My old truck just keeps chugging along, though. No need to replace her yet.

Nice, now all you need are the little Bud and Sissy Texas plates to go in the back window and you are all set.😉

J/K sounds like a really nice truck, Enjoy!

I really like the look of the new dodge's ...

Where did you purchase?

There's a dealership on ebay with blowout pricing ... very intriguing ...

"Sierra eats Ram, news at 11."

Not that I'm doubting you, but the new Hemi has 390 horses...MDS and VVT.

The Sierra is a nice truck, but I don't see how it's going to "eat" a 390HP truck.

My 2008 Jeep has the slightly older Hemi without the VVT.

i dont own a truck, but damn i wish i have one when i buy funiture at Ikea. also if you want more power, put on a HEMI sticker.

"Enjoy your Hemi while the gasoline hits $5.00/gal..."

I bought mine when it was $4.

It got 22mpg on a 1,000 mile trip loaded with 4 people and their luggage and a bunch of Christmas presents.

Way better than I was expecting. Didn't have to pump near as much fuel as I thought I would.

It does very well for a big V8 if you keep your foot off the firewall and use the cruise.

Now its time to install a new exhaust system and cold air intake that will push me well about 400 ponies, stock is 390.

Wow...10 extra hp. I bet that will improve your 0-60 times by 1/1,000,000th of a second. But hey! You'll make more noise!

Well above (which what is obviously a typo probably was supposed to be) is not just 10 HP. OP needs to edit his post and fix the typo since I doubt he meant to imply he was going to get a 10 HP increase.

A new exhaust and a CAI will not push him well above 400HP though...

In fact he will find the exhaust system on the Hemi a bit tricky, because it is designed to compensate in 4 cylinder mode so that it doesn't sound like a John Deere...

congrats, you got suckered by a 4 letter word for hemispherical combustion chamber

Well lots of hate here, lol I have known what a hemi was for over 30years, the reason I put it out here was that its the bigger of the engines.

I did lots of research and drove every truck in its class and it was an easy choice going with the Dodge.

Now to speak to all the hate about the 10hp gain on putting a new exhaust and cold air intake Im doing it more for the better response time and for the better sound they will bring.

Its funny how people in these forums find every little reason to hack on people, I was just posting due to being happy about getting a new truck, dam must be a lot of unhappy people in these forums.

In fact he will find the exhaust system on the Hemi a bit tricky,

Its not a problem.
