Hello,

I recently dumped my Savage4 (yeah...i know ;) ) in favor of a new Geforce2 GTS-V (Visiontek one....)

Now i have win2k prof. and the 5MVP3 (or just MVP3) mobo...a Super7 yes i know...

Now when installed win2k i went to stick on the drivers that i usually put but i rememberd "Its win2k" so i never installed a lot of the drivers since they were for win98.

Now when installing my geforce2 it keeps giving me an error in copying the drivers....it goes to like 75% and then just errors out.

Can anyone help me!! Do i need to revert back to win98 (main reason i dumped the savage4 was b/c it really sucked under win2k...then again it sucks anyway :) )

Are they the drivers that came with the video card? What if you get the latest version off www.nvidia.com

Also, make sure that you uninstall the drivers that you currently have installed.

You might try the latest 4in1's and the latest direct x. Also dl the drivers from nvidia and see if they do ok.

Did you load win2k service pack 2? And yes, load the latest 4in1's, video, etc.

Try uninstalling the video drivers, reboot, install drivers for PCI video card. Then install the latest nVidia drivers.
