HELPP with hard drive while unziping

hello, i need help desperately. i just got a new hard drive seagate barracuda 7200.10 250gb sata2 . because i thought my old one was broken WD 250gb SEcaviar.
i installed windows on it and then every time i try to unzip something or even install an application gives me this error

Well, have you tried using other than winzip? like 7 zip or izarc?

yes i used, 7zip, winrar and winzip same problem

Try copying the file to your computer and see if it copies if it does run the setup from the hard drive and see if it installs

Lol, it something with the hardware, i just passed PRIME 95 and in less than 30 sec, i got this

i went to bios, and rested it , and put memory timmings in auto. same ****** :s

Memory problems will often cause decompression problems. Memtest.

hehe, yes i passed the Memtest on windows. i coudlnt install it on the disket.

so it showed some erros ass soon as i ran it.

so i tried to raise the voltage to 2.7 v and the problems still.

i used the defaults bios, and the problems the same

used autu timmings or the settings i used that the beggining and same problem

Memtest each stick individually. Possibly loosen timings.
Run cpu at rated speed.
I assume the machine ran error free at some pointin time.

lol they worked perfectly until i connected them again on the system, i might think that they got some damage in the luggage
