Helpdesk Request: Can IS add the local weather to caller id?

Now I am sure this can be coded, but it's not going to happen here.

SVP asks today if we can add the local weather for those that call in on his phone with the caller id. He'd like temp, wind and precipitation.

Wait, do you want the receiver of the call to get info on the weather of the person calling or do you want people to be able to get their local weather as they're waiting on hold in your VRU? I'm confused what you're trying to accomplish.

Guy wants the weather for anyone that calls in.
