So im busy at work, browsing ATOT threads when I overhear the helpdesker across the cube wall from me say:

"Yeah, thats I for Eileen. Ohh wait, I mean India."

Wow.

That is all.

Ha, the running joke here when we call product support is to come up with funny shit as we're spelling things out. You'll hear "The serial code is syphilis, gonorrhea, flatulance, the number one..."

Work at a helpdesk myself... we came up with a list of words that start with the right letter but didn't have the right sound... this was a few months ago and I don't have a copy of it anymore... things like E for Eileen and P for Phonetic... we were very bored that day....
