I'm posting it here, because it's faster moving than the other forums and I need help now! lol Okay, here's the deal.......

At one time I used CompuServe. Also, I had MSN installed on my system. When we moved I got cable instead and left the others still installed. Well, my mom got on my computer earlier and forgot that she didn't have to use MSN to connect. (Forgot to just open up IE.) So, MSN started acting all buggy. It kept giving the log on screen and popping up. I just un-installed MSN to try and fix it. Well.......now CompuServe is doing the same thing. And, when I open up IE it's not even letting me connect to webpages. ( I finally let CompuServe try and dial out--I don't even have a phone cord hooked to my system. lol So now I can view pages.) But, my question is.....what do I do? Do I have to un-install CompuServe or can I somehow make my cable my primary internet connection? HELP!!! I'm so frustrated! :(

Right click IE. Go to properties. Click on connections. Set to "Never Dial a Connection."
