im building system and have all this hooked up and it wont POST
soyo dragon +
xp 1800+
E4252BEF5 Evercase
an old Voodoo 4 PCI
256 ddr ram

hooked all this up and it wont run, i think power is on because i see small light on mobo and orange light in lan whenever its hooked up to power, made sure the pins labeled pwr, speaker, etc. were hooked up and that mobo was screwed in properly with standoffs, ram is in ok also...
any help would be appreciated!

if i let power go off (switch in back) and then turn back on cpu and mobo fan run for about less then a sec

There's probably a bad connection somewhere shorting out the Power Supply. Recheck all power connections.

i got vid card in first slot and it powers on and all, i went about installed os but vid card is unstable in that slot and others have had probs there too, if i put vid card newhere else but slot 1 it wont boot up or power on, the fans will just turn on for a millisec and then thats it.
