Normally I wouldn't post this here, but it doesn't seem like anyone is around in the software forum, and I need to get this setup for a friend and back to his place in like an hour so here goes.

ok, this is getting ridiculous, I have a 60 gig maxtor harddrive as master on My ide channel, and I have an 18gig scsi hard drive running windows off of my adaptec 29160. Now my problem is I tell kazaa to install to d drive (my 60 gig) and it installs there, it then asks me where to put the start menu icons, I don't have windows on the 60gb hdd as it will boot to that drive regardless of my instructions in bios if I have windows loaded on it. besides I just want to use it as a download hard drive and keep my 18 gig fast. My problem is when I download something it creates a folder on my 18 gig drive and starts saving in there, no matter if I click on the kazaa icon in the start menu of if i click on the one in my d drive. So my question is How do I make it so that it will only download to the d drive (I have tried moving the folder off of my c drive and onto the d drive, but all this does is make kazaa make another folder on my c drive.

Thanks for any input you might have.

go to preferences or options or tools (of kazaa) and change the d.l directory do wherever you want...
