(System is in sig)

After setting up my system, I was going to update the bios. Needless to say, I downloaded the bios file to and accidentally clicked on the executable within windows. The file is supposed to be used only via a boot disk or through Gigabyte's own program in Windows.

When I clicked on it, the screen went to a full screen dos prompt and I let it sit there for about 10 min and then restarted. Thankfully the PC came on and it seems ok so far, (bios still showing F3).

However, now when I attempt to use Gigabyte's update utility through windows, it gives this error message:

"Cannot load Rom image from bin file. Maybe bin file size not match."

Anyone help?

What executable did you click on? I've updated my DS3 twice (to F3 then F4). I downloaded the .exe, which is an archive. I ran it to extract the files, then ran @Bios and pointed it to that directory. It found whatever files it needed and did the update.

I accidentally ran the .exe in the archived file. I'll try to flash via floppy here
