Right click on your desktop, go to properties>settings>advanced

This will open up the advanced settings window, click on the header with the name of your graphics card.

You should then see a different fomat window with a explorer bar on the left, if you look there should be an option labeled something like "frequency", from there it should be pretty straight forwards.

did u add it into the registry yet? well once thats done then u go into the nvidia control panel and u should see something that says clock frequencies
