HELP!

I have this problem with my OS this past week. My task manager shows that my explorer is using 80 to 90. While my system idle support is only about 10-20. I beileve that the system idle should be 99 and my explorer should be like 0. I have installed anti virus and it came up clean. I have a firewall on it is still slow. I really need help I have to end my explorer everytime I want to play css or bf2.
