Help?

I just walked in to notice nod32 had found a virus (sniper.exe) which must be something I picked up today. The PC froze on resume bacause it is a POS (celeron) and MS AS, NOD32, Azreuus and a couple other programs were running. Anyway I couldn't pick any options but I remember the virus name.

Anyway I am extremely drunk (few friends over) and I can't remember how to do something. The vbirus is in C/windows. I have turned off system restore but for some fvcking reason I can't remember how to display hidden files. Please help.

Damn it took me 10 minutes to type this and I'm not suree if it makes sense

Damn 2 I am deeply saddened the "who would you nuke first" thread was locked. It was like a forum version of risk with french bashing. Why?
