he as a nice comp. but i think he needs another stick of ram. but he says he don't. he says get gets good fps.

specs


AMD Athlon 64 3000+
512 DDR RAM
160 GB 7200 rpm
128 mb 6800 graphics


thats all i can get from him. he claims he gets 160fps source and doom 3 60. ultra settings


so am i right or him?

personally, i dont think an athlon64 gaming rig should be equipped with 512 RAM. thats like getting a corvette with a 4 cylinder.

but then again, its his computer

meh. 512mb of ram will work just fine, 1gb will work better. You are both right.
