HELP!

i get these errors "rom bios error" everytime i boot a friends computer. the only keys on the keyboard that work are the numerical keys. any advice will be helpful. thank you

Try pulling the battery or resetting the cmos. If that fails, start removing the simple things (keyboard, mouse, sound, etc)...any of those can cause errors if they are broken. Then start pulling everything else (pci cards, extra ram, etc).
