ummm....dude. Use the windows CD. Do you have anti-virus software on your computer?
 
I meant a clean install of Windows completely.

But, I'd try the HijackThis first or find some virus scanner like McAfee or Norton and run that.

Yep...works fine for me. I'm not sure if it is going to catch whatever virus you already have, but i've been happy with it.
