help - zonealarm keeps blocking my ISP's DNS server

i get this message all the time from zonealarm:

<< The firewall has blocked local network access to 24.xxx.xxx.xxx (DNS) from your computer. >>

I've looked under ipconfig /all and this is my ISP's main DNS server...I tried adding this IP address under security ---> advanced ---> add ---> IP Address but it keeps on blocking the DNS server

I'm able to surf normally most of the time, but every so often I'll notice that IE can't resolve names to IP addresses - any advice on how to fix this ??

If it matters I'm using a RCA Docis cable modem shared among 3 computers using a linksys 4-port cable/dsl router.

Thanks

If your using 2.6.362 version then the default DNS port 53 isn't allowed out by default anymore. You need to go through the settings under security and check it.
