Help! Zone Alarm... FIXED

I downloaded the free Zone Alarm 2.6, and everything was working perfectly. Had it on for about a week, and was shocked at how many alerts I was getting from people trying to access my connection. But this weekend, I had no connection. I thought it was my cable company. After a few days, I turned off ZA, and voila - my connection was restored. When I turn ZA on, no connection. I can't figure out what changed. I even enabled all the programs to connect, and still no connection. So now I'm connected with no firewall. Any suggestions?

I have Cox cable, XP, Norton AV, if that helps.

[EDIT] I found the solution on dlsreports.com forum.

A Zone Alarm file in C:\Windows\Internet Logs gets corrupted. So I deleted 2 files in that folder, and rebooted. Zone Alarm settings were cleared, and I could configure from scratch. I just hope I don't have to do this every week.
