Help! XP blue screen

I don't know why, but I am consistently getting blue screens on Windows XP. They usually say something about "memory management" or "irq less than equal to" or something like that. The latest blue screen said something about my s3sav4.dll file for my video card (Diamond Stealth III). Is there anything I can do? I tried re-installing XP, but that didn't work. Not to mention the fact that it took me about 10 tries to even get XP to re-install without a blue screen during installation. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

I had this too. Just reinstalled tonight. I believe it happened when I upgraded to the newer versions of the Det. 4 drivers. Not sure what the problem is, but my reinstall seemes to have fixed it so far. Try taking everything but the video card, and mem and trouble shoot that way.

I also got that Blue screen indicating something about the IRQ bein less than something. It happened when running MS Flight Sim 2002, don't know if it was caused by the CPU overheating, it felt hotter than normal, or from the video card, ATI Radeon64MB VIVO. I just had to reboot, hasn't happened since. It was up and running since I installed it for the past month and a half flawlessly until then.
