Help with Xp Pro user account security settings...

I need some help configuring a an account settings for Windows XP Pro

Basically I want the account to only be able to use the desktop programs and log off.
Can any help me out.

if you want something more limiting than a "limited" account, you're going to have to look towards third-party software

Go into your Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Settings->Local Policies->Users Rights Management. You can add or remove users from having certain rights like the ability to shut the computer down.

I figured as much, but I wanted someone to tell e the exact keys to mess with.
