I'm wondering if someone can't tell me how to remove the ability of a person in the USER or POWER USER group from changing or quitting the programs running by default. I have problems with a certain office person disabling or closing programs on a whim and I'm wondering if there's any way to prevent that... Ideas?

can you make the program run as a service in win2k? not sure if that would work...

i woudltn even know how to do it... how would a guy make say, ICQ2000b a server service within win2k so that a user couldnt turn it off? heh, i guess if they can see the flower then can right click and close it...

hmmm

maybe a 3rd party application has to be used?
