Help with weird windows problem with Chrome browser

So i have this weird problem with chrome browser, the popup window when you are trying to upload something looks very different, and its giving no indications as to what files i have selected and its kinda annoying without any visual cues, Lets see

Here's how it normally looks and this one is from firefox which looks normal.

Here's how it looks on chrome, cant see the selection and the colors are different

Sorry i do not know how else can i explain the issue, any help regarding the issue is appreciated.

- Windows 10 x64 latest build

Wow i didnt knew, i mean i always used imgur to upload images and post links here. Thnx
