Help with VisionTek GF3 TI200

I just recieved my Xtacy 6465 and the moment I pulled the card out of the box, both ramsinks just fell off the card, and the top of the fan on the heatsink fell off too. I emailed Visiontek but I still havent heard back from them. I could RMA the card but that would cost me $7 to return it, then I'd have to wait for it to return.

update: I just recieved an email and Visiontek is mailing me a new fan. I can fix the ramsinks myself (companys never put them on correctly anyways) So I'm happy for now

its a good thing visiontek is just sending me a new one, because the Gateway store is so backordered on the Ti200 I would have been waiting 2-4 weeks for a replacement

Have you called Gateway. I would guess without knowing that they will replace it for free if it arrived in that condition. I would complain like crazy and get them to pay toship it back !

I'm positive you would have to go through the accessory store to get a replacement or go to Visiontek directly. The local computer stores do not carry stock of anything, they order the computers to be built off site and shipped to them per customer.

FYI, I had to return my Visiontek once for a replacement because of the capacitor mod error in Anand's original mod article. They sent me a new one in the retail box and the whole process took almost 3 weeks. That wasn't too bad.
