Help with Videocard or monitor :/

HELLO!

My monitor screen is displaying/showing SMALL GREEN LITTLE PIXELS everywhere! and sometimes red. It's like my f***ing XMAS TREE!
I would say 99% of the screen is the right color but the 1% is everywhere and noticeable

It appears indiscriminately, like in game, movies, apps and even porn. The only time I don't see it is when I'm on my desktop or browsing the web.

All the hardware I have was brand new and purchased around august of this year.

I haven't done any process of elimination yet, but my gut feeling is either the videocard"GTX580SLI 3gb" or the monitor "DELL u3011"

What do you guys think?! HALP!!!

*EDIT#1* I forgot to add that the green/red pixels appears everywhere in game, but static when i'm on my apps like steam for example. Hence It kinda looks like a xmas tree
*EDIT#2* Added specs *i72600k STOCK
*evga GTX 580 3GB X2 STOCK
*corsair vengeance LP 16GB DDR3 1600mhz cl9 4x4 STOCK
*corsair professional series gold ax 1200 psu
*gigabyte GA-z68x-UD5-B3
*Crucial M4 2.5 SATA III SSD 250GB ---- most recent upgrade from my 3tb hdd like a month ago

the driver is has been updated on oct 24 2011 285.62 driver

*
EDIT#3* I went to test the monitor by changing the background color and also to a googled dead pixel test and I didnt notice any permanent dead pixel. Gonna go play some guardian heroes

Try hooking up your monitor to a laptop or spare computer.

If you still get those pixels, then put the Dell warranty to work!
