HELP with VGA Output! (Mobility Radeon 9200)

I am using an HP ZT3000 with Mobility Radeon 9200 graphics.

What I want to do is keep the main LCD running at its native resolution (1280x800@32/60Hz) but I want to the VGA to output at 1024x768@32/85Hz.

How exactly do I use the ATI control pannel to do this? Can it do this?

Not sure how it works on your laptop.... But I have a R9000 laptop so.

Try the Fn + LCD/CRT Monitor key a few types to switch modes. Goto your display properties enable your secondary display? Close the lid of the laptop after you have enabled the secondary display.
