Help with unstable overclock

I've got the Abit SE6 (SW bios), 128MB Corsair CAS2 133 SDRAM, P3-650E cBo stepping, Guillemot GeForce DDR, SBLive, 3Com NIC, WinTV card. With my old BX board BE6-II, I ran stable at 136. With my new i815e, I figured I could hit 140 or so...not the case, I am stable at 137, but that is it. I've removed cards, changed voltages, adjusted memory settings, etc...but can't get much higher without stability problems. What else can I try, or what should I be able to expect from the i815e chipset? Thanks.
