Help with UDMA100 on an ABIT-ST6RAID, please.

I've tried using the UATA driver that came with the motherboard but when I load it and reboot my hard-drive just hangs and keeps on spinning. I've also tried using Intel's Application Accelerator and it does the same thing.

Any ideas? I can't get DMA but on my 10.8 GB UATA66 it's ckecked and so it is with my CD-ROM.
