Help with UD agent...

Seems as if every time I restart my computer or close the UD agent for whatever reason, when I open it back up it takes it a while to realize that it is past the task of generating the energy grid. Now it wont go back to processing ligands at all. It just sits there stuck at 24% doing absolutely diddly. What is the deal here?
 
It saves at every 1% complete and sometimes that 1% can takes hours and if you are in my situation and run seti overtop of UD then that 1% can take days. I can't remember where I found it, but do a search for UD moniter and see if you can find it. it lets you know how long UD has been crunching since the last save.
 
I always do a right click and exit on UD before a shutdown/reboot, think it helps a bit bu I might be wrong. Either way, you always lose some processing time.
