Welcome to AT

Disconnect everything you don't need and see what happens.

Try with the Processor, HS/F, PSU, Motherboard, Videocard, and one stick of ram (try each one individually)

Are you pretty sure nothing shorting out on the case? (I'd assume that two different correct motherboard installations would minimize that being the issue)

Alright I have basic components layed out on table. Thought there maybe short from case. Jumped power switch. Unit came on for three seconds lights lit up corsair ram, cpu fan running, xfx graphics card no fan running, hdd spinning. Is this normal or does it come on from thermal sensor. Jumped power switch second time 1 second stay on as before.

Take the HDD out of the equation. You don't need that to boot up.

If the videocard fan isn't spinning that could be an issue. Make sure the videocard is seated all the way in the slot. You might have to have the end of the motherboard hanging off a table or something to get the videocard to seat properly and not hit the table.

Make sure you have power connected to the videocard.

Make sure you have all the power connections you need plugged into the motherboard. I'm not sure how many that board takes. It's probably at least two and maybe even three connections from the PSU to the board. It would seem that you had everything connected fine before since it was working, but doublecheck.

I had nearly an identical situation on my last build.
It started and ran fine, then I S/D and went to bed. Next morning it was dead. Fand start spinning, then it would shut off after 2-3 seconds.
After extensive troubleshooting, I RMA'd the CPU (directly to AMD) and MB (to Monarch). The CPU would not boot for AMD, so I know it was dead. I received a different MB back from Monarch, but I'm not sure they even tested mine first.

So it could definitely be the CPU. CPU quick deaths are rare, but they can and do happen.

I have tried all suggestion but no luck. I'm calling AMD for technical. I really think it is the processor. Before I posted in this forum I have striped this build three times to double check all connections.
