hey..i have a friend taking geometry..and i don't remember anything...so i thought you awesome people would..

On a normal meter track the inner lane of a track is 400 meters. the 2 straight aways are 100 metters each and two curves are 100 meters each and the laness are 1 meter apart. in a 400 meter race the runners make one lap around the track. how much of a staggered start do the runners in lane 2, 3, 4, get over the running in lane 1? Show all work n explain how u came 2 each answer.
