Help with Svideo

A friend of mine is has a dvd decoder card which he has used Svideo to hook up his TV to. He can play DVDs, mpegs etc.. with a certian software called: Real Magic Hollywood Plus which comes with the DVD kit.

My friend is wondering if it is possible for him to have his desktop on the TV, does anyone know of any software that will allow him to do this?

Ya need a video card with TV out.. It doesn't look very good thought because the lines of resolution are so low on a TV..

Nope, the Hollywood Plus decoder card he is using cannot ouput your desktop to the TV.

Nope you can't watch TV on the REALmagic Hollywood Plus you can only play DVD's or VCD's on it ,I know because I have one.
