Help with spyware and popups?

JediJorgie

Senior member
I'm trying to get all the spyware and ad ware crap off my mom's computer, but I can't seem to do it. I followed this helpful guide, but the computer is still getting popups. Thank you very much in advance for any help you can give me.

What you've provided is a startup list. We really need the full scan -- his scan, then save log.

However, the following are known problems...

D:\WINDOWS\System32\TlcB.exe
D:\WINDOWS\System32\PrkZ2.exe
2ZDHYR225EE8YB = D:\WINDOWS\System32\PikqWgd1.exe

Yes. Also disable your system restore and run spybot & spysweeper in safe mode.

Ok, I started in safe mode and scanned, then used command prompt to try to delete the TlcB, PrkZ2 and PikqWgd1 .exe's. But everytime I tried to delete them, it said they didn't exist. Also, here is my full scan, sorry I didn't post it before, I'm new to HijackThis.
