ok, i want to buy Altec Lansing 641 speakers. However, i am a little confused as where to put my rear speakers. Is there any stands available for the rear speakers or what? How many of you have a 4.1 or 5.1 system. Should i just go for a 2.1 system? i will be living in a college dorm btw.
 
i used double sided tape and mounted my rear speakers to the concrete ceiling when i was in college....but they would occasionally fall down...so i made sure there was a rug underneath 🙂

the truth is that it's awfully hard to find a convenient place for rear speakers!
