Help with sharing DSL

I got two computer that want to share a DSL service.
Can I just connect the DSL modem to a router and connect my two computer network to the router?
Does this configuration enable me to share the bandwidth?

U can see I'm a newbie!
Any help will be appreciate?

Technically the never share the bandwidth in the sense that both computers use the bandwidth at the same time.
The will always send their packets separately over the network although they may be intermingled.
Your sharing is more in the form of both computers using the same Internet connection.

yuk...forget any ICS software...using that behind a router...will not work most of the time....

just set up your router...modem into WAN and computer into LAN ports of the router...the router will take care of the connection sharing.
