Help with setting up default internet browser

Guys, Real easy question. The computer I use at work used to use Netscape as the default browser for everythign. Thing is, it is old and takes a while to open up new window. So I want IE to be my browser. How do I change it.
 
Tools ---> Internet Options ---> Programs

At the bottom there should be a place to Check "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser."
