Hi all,
I am setting up a fresh winXP install on a raid 0 setup. I have booted from cd, pressed f6 for the raid drivers, it loaded the raid drivers, saw the drive and formatted it, went ot install the winXP files, and asked for the raid drivers again. This time, it will not take the drivers off of the floppy. What am I missing? I am really frustrated right now, and am about to chuck this raid thing. Here is my config:
Gigabyte ga 7vrxp (kt333)
Athlon XP 1800
512 mb crucial
2x Maxtor 40gb ata 133 (raid setup)
Pine dvd
TDK 24x burner
SBlaster Audigy platinum
winXP (if I get it installed!)
The XP installation says it cannot copy the Fasttrak.inf file
it is on the disk and in the drive, still it says it can't. That is where I am at so far
