Help with PSU

Hi guys, I am putting together a pc. I live in Israel, where the power current is different then in america (120w in america and 240w here I think). If I plug my pc into the wall without and transformer, just a prong changer, will that bust the psu??

Are there certain psu's that you can recommend for me, it's for a gaming pc, nothing uber probably a single card like 4890 or gtx 280. also my case is this:

Just make sure you flip the switch on the back for 240v input

Here is a link to a picture of the voltage selection switch on the back of the PSU. It's the red colored switch (toggles between 115v and 230v
BTW, I wouldn't use the Apevia PSU for a 4890 or gtx 280 GPU. I don't think it'll work out too well for those GPU's. You should get a quality 500w PSU for those types of GPU's, like Antec/Corsair/Seasonic/PCP&C to name a few.

That Antec is basically a universal input power supply as are all others that have active PFC.
