Help with Processor upgrade

Hello,
A friend of mine has a Tyan S1857 (BX chipset version)
motherboard and wants to upgrade the processor.
The Tyan site doesn't list anything higher than a P3-850 for it.
I'm sure he wouldn't want to overclock the chipset, but I don't
want to recommend a MB replacement. That would probably require
changing the PS along with the processor.
I'm hoping someone here knows a good site or has personal experience
with this board.
Powerleap doesn't list a good upgrade either.
Here's a link to Tyan:

i'm not positive but i am pretty sure he can put in a celeron 1.1 (coppermine128 flavour, not tualitin) this processor with a slotket should be supported by the bios... but seeing as how i have never had this board before i couldn't be certain... the reason i believe it should work is that that it supports the regular coppermine slot1... and the celeron (cop128) is the same one just w/ half the cache on it... powerleap is incredibly expensive so i wouldn't go that route (might as well do the mobo etc instead of that...)
sry i couldn't be of more help, but at worst this is a free bump...

Josh
