Help with picking a new digital camera

I have picked out 2 mid range compact digital cameras 2 higher end. If anyone has any idea which of these would be a good pick I would really like the help. If you think there are better cameras in the same price range I would love to hear it.
I do use the little camera videos alot!!

Or these which are the same brand but higher res and new to the market
THese next two are 175$cad more than the other two and if worth the cost I would pay it.
