help with philippines address-update-I WAS ALMOST RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there anywhere on the web to find out about addresses? i sold apsx2 to a guy in the philippines and i dont wanna get ripped off...he used bidpay but it says that they cant track fraudulent CC's from overseas...i dont wanna get stuck with a fraudulent CC charge...at the start of the deal he gave me a different addy....now he just gave me a new one...kinda got me worried...can anyone help?

Cancel the deal if you still can. If you feel shifty about the deal there are plenty of people here in the
U. S. and Canada that want a PSX2.
