Help with Outlook 2003

I have a client who is having a few minor issues with Outlook 2003 since the reinstall of her OS. I attempted to help her via Google searches, as I do not have Outlook 2003, but apparently, they were not viable solutions for her.

Here are her issues and my suggestions:

Q: Composing email, font appears too large, even though it appears normal to the recipient

A: At the top of the screen in Oulook, choose View/Current View/Customize Current View/Automatic Formatting, then select Font and it takes you to the place you can decide which font and which point size you want. The lower the point the smaller the font size.

Q: Composing email, can?t access address book, but can access it via the CONTACTS link in the nav bar

A: Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book checked?
If this is grayed out...Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change
existing directories or address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present?
If it isn't listed, add it and close and restart Outlook. If it is listed,
then remove it and close then restart Outlook and repeat these steps to add
it.

Q: Replying to an email, everything is converted to plain text

A: In the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Preferences tab, and then click E-Mail Options.
In the When replying to a message box, click the option you want.

Anyone with the correct answers?

Anyone with the correct answers?

1) Could be her desktop fonts/dpi is setup larger.

2) Open up Address Book, and under Tools > Options > Move the Contacts up above Address List.

3) Correct?
